About me 

With registrations in clinical and counselling psychology, I offer a calm, open space to explore and treat mental health, and to support self-exploration, insight and personal growth.

Treatment is evidence-based, progressive and personalised, with specialised training in trauma, depression and anxiety, addiction, complex presentations, perinatal issues and eating disorders. My approaches include EMDR, CBT, CBT-E, Schema Therapy (certified practitioner), Chairwork Psychotherapy, Prolonged Exposure, ACT, and psychoanalytic and existential psychotherapy, drawn on individually depending on each person's needs.

Counselling doesn't always require a diagnosis or crisis. Sometimes what's needed is simply space to think and explore, which can be just as healing. I aim to provide that space for clarity and meaning to emerge.

Qualifications

Registered with AHPRA with endorsements in Clinical and Counselling Psychology, and granted advanced standing in Clinical Psychology through Fellowship of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. I am a credentialed eating disorder clinician (ANZAED-accredited) with experience across public, not-for-profit, educational and private settings. I also hold a Masters in Organisational Psychology alongside my Masters in Clinical Psychology, allowing me to assist with workplace issues and career development

Consulting rooms

Located in the village of Middle Park, Bay Psychology's consulting rooms provide a serene environment, with ease of parking and close public transport access (Middle Park Tram stop opposite rooms).
